Local show, “Body & Mind” returns on Colors TV

Colors TV returns with Season 2 of the first-ever lifestyle show on South Asian television in the Middle East - Body & Mind. The all-new season will be hosted by prominent TV presenter, model and chef, Nicole Barua. The eight-episode television show which launched on 26th November 2017 has been filmed entirely in the UAE by Acumen Productions and will air every Sunday at 7:30pm.

Body and Mind is a 30 minute show which will encompass everything from healthy eating to healthy living. Season 1 of this Lifestyle & Wellness show took viewers on a journey towards better health by featuring some of the region’s biggest health, lifestyle and fitness destinations and experts. Season 2 will b have three different segments covering separate areas of healthy living - Segment 1 covers the best fitness options available in the region, segment 2 highlights how to eat right & stay fit and the third segment talks about holistic wellness.

The ‘Fitness’ segment delves into unique fitness trends like acro yoga, aerial hoop, body balancing, rowing fitness and much more. This segment also features leading experts who give practical demonstrations to help people achieve their fitness objectives. The ‘Eat Right, Stay Fit’ slot presents unique healthy eating options from restaurants and homes across the Middle East. Nicole Barua teams up with chefs to create and plate health-conscious yet delicious recipes. This slot will also introduce dieticians assessing dishes, and giving some great tips to viewers. The segment on ‘Holistic Wellness’ covers subjects like anxiety, sleep disorders, detoxing etc. that are often not given enough attention. Viewers will also be asked to share their unique fitness videos or healthy recipes; and the best video will be featured at the end of the show.

A surprise element added to the show is Nidhi Kumar- a professional dance choreographer, YouTuber, actor & model based in Dubai. She will be the fitness companion on the show, who will work out and share fitness tips.

Repeat episodes will be broadcast on Friday at 12.30pm and on Saturday at 7:30pm. COLORS TV Middle East is available on OSN Channel 278, Elife Channel 643 and also on Yupp TV.

The show has garnered support from title sponsors Dove Derma Spa and Sensodyne, Al Ain and Anta coming on-board as the Associate Sponsors.
