Nicolas M Kyvernitis Electronics Enterprises (NMK), distributor of Clear–Com and HME in the Middle East, has recently supplied the HME DX210 system to Audio Tech Oman.
The HME Wireless Intercom System consists of a newly designed, two-channel intercom system DX210 including a single BS210 license free base station, four BP210 beltpacks and five HS15 single muff noise canceling headsets. The system enables clear, interference-free communications for highly demanding productions.
Audio Tech Oman, based in Muscat, offers backline gear to professional musicians, promoters, studios, festivals, touring bands and broadcasting stations. The company also covers rental of professional sound and lighting equipment.
Clifford D’Silva, manager at Audio Tech, said: “DX210 system makes a big difference to the efficiency of our production workflow. Our technicians are able to communicate very quickly, within a matter of seconds during setups or show time.”
Abdul Hadi, Clear-Com and HME product specialist at NMK, added: “DX210 offers the perfect blend of wireless intercom performance, system compatibility with wired intercom systems, and ease of use. The system can support up to 15 users and, with three different frequency options, provides interference-free communication even in a Wi-Fi congested environment. It is an amazing and cost effective wireless intercommunication solution for both indoor or outdoor, with a coverage area of around 150-200 metres."
