Tim Davie, CEO, BBC Studios, will take the opening IBC Conference Keynote on 13 September and Jean-Briac 'JB' Perrette, President and CEO, Discovery Networks International (DNI), will keynote ahead of the afternoon's Global Gamechangers stage.
