Key products include the EQX Routing Platform, which is SD, HD and 3G compatible and is designed for mission critical 24/7 broadcast environments, and the HD2020 Video PassPort video conversion and frame synchronisation platform, which offers a multi-path video and audio processor with analogue, digital and HD capabilities.
“Our OB technology has also received quite a bit of interest at CABSAT,” claimed Hugh Littlejohn, UK-based product specialist for Evertz.
“We can offer a powerful two-box package for OBs that dramatically reduces the amount of cabling required,” he said.
“Our intelliGain and intelliSync technologies are also proving popular, partly because of the pressure that is being placed on Middle East broadcasters to keep their audio levels consistent.”
He said that Evertz staff had found the enquiries they have had at this year’s CABSAT exhibition “extremely encouraging”.
