Audio manufacturer, Bose, has announced the launch of the SoundTouch 300 wireless soundbar and two new lifestyle home entertainment systems – the Lifestyle 650 and Lifestyle 600.

The SoundTouch 300 measures 38.5” in width x 4.25” in height x 2.25” in depth. It is WiFi and Bluetooth enabled with NFC for easy pairing. It uses PhaseGuide arrays to send signals to the left and right of the room and Bose’s proprietary QuietPort technology ensures deep, clean bass at any volume. It even uses ADAPTiQ calibration to customise its sound to the external environment automatically.

With the HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC), only one cable is needed to sync the SoundTouch 300 to a TV, DVD player or streaming services. The system is future proof as well with 4K pass-through and can be customised with additional components including the new, acoustically matched Acoustimass 300 wireless bass module, and/or the Virtually Invisible 300 wireless surround speakers for a full 5.1 experience.

“With the SoundTouch 300, we’ve filled a gap in the market,” said Pete Ogley, general manager of Bose audio-for-video. “We pushed the boundaries of size, sound and design like nothing else available in the category. We added Bluetooth to Wi-Fi so you can stream anything, instantly. And because it doubles as a wireless music system and home theatre system, you’ll get an incredible experience whether you’re listening to your playlists, enjoying Netflix, or watching the game -- all from one gorgeous speaker.”

Meanwhile, the Bose Lifestyle 650 luxury home entertainment system debuts the smallest satellite speakers in the company’s history. The four new OmniJewel satellite speakers measure 1.84” in width x 5.77” in height x 1.84” in depth. Each speaker includes high-excursion transducers positioned in opposing fashion and these work together with a slim centre channel and bass module for omni-directional sound.

Much like the SoundTouch 300, the 650 applies QuietPort technology, ADAPTiQ for optimal acoustics in any space and 4K pass through with 6 HDMI inputs.

Similarly, the new Lifestyle 600 system joins the Lifestyle 650 in the line-up, featuring many of the same luxuries with four, slightly larger Jewel Cube satellite speakers and one Jewel Cube centre channel speaker.

“Our new Lifestyle 650 system is remarkable,” said Ogley. “For people who want the finest quality in sound, aesthetics, materials and build, there’s nothing else like it. When it’s seen and heard for the first time, it simply suspends belief.”

The SoundTouch 300 soundbar will be sold for AED 2,999. Its optional bass module is available for AED 2,999; its acoustically matched surround sound speakers are available starting at AED 1,299. The Lifestyle 650 and 600 home entertainment systems will be sold for AED 16,599 and AED 12,599, respectively.
