Autodesk had several successes in the Middle East with its 2007 visual effects and editing systems.

Al Jazeera recently has upgraded to an Autodesk Flame 2007 visual effects system for its children's channel. It has also signed up to Autodesk's Systems Subscription programme to keep its systems up-to-date at a more affordable cost and with less disruption.

Kuwait's Al Watan TV has invested in a new Autodesk Smoke 2007 editing and finishing system while Egyptian facility, Spot 2000 has put in place an Autodesk Lustre 2007 digital grading system. KSA-based Dunia Multimedia has also purchased both Smoke 2007 and Flame 2007.
