Broadcast software solutions provider, NETIA will launch several enhanced and new products at IBC 2007 including a collaboration with audio networkers, Axia.
Radio-Assist 7.5 is now available with customised Axia IP-Audio networking components that allow any Windows PC to send studio grade audio to another Axia-networked computer via its own network interface card, bypassing the need for a sound card.
Netia has also integrated its U-Share system into Radio-Assist 7.5. U-Share automates the management and transfer of audio and video over IP or DVB video transport.
NETIA's new Feed-In mode will allow continuous RTP inputs or scheduled programmes to be recorded without the need for a sound card. Feed-in IP mode allows 8 channels to be recorded simultaneously per computer.
NETIA will also show Manreo updates. Audio and video display platform which offers new services and revenue opportunities for Manreo users. The new software solution provides companies with a system for centralising, sharing and viewing archives of audio, image and video as well as broadcasting them across multiple distribution channels.
Another new addition to the Manreo range will be the Manreo Video Recorder which can control the VTR and launch the acquisition and digitisation process. Operators can attach a jog/shuttle control via USB for easier navigation and will also be able to view video during digitisation, add marks and even make new video from extracted clips via the marked in/out points automatically.
