Some of Fox's biggest US shows including Masterchef, The Buried Life, Got to Dance and Archer will be airing across the Middle East and Asia thanks to a deal with content provider Shine International.

The hits will be available via Fox International Channels (FIC) in 30 territories in the region, which add up to 750 million households. "We believe that by acquiring these high quality first run shows for our channels, we will be able to significantly strengthen the bond with our viewers and make our channels a compelling viewing experience, which in turn delivers great value to our affiliates and advertisers," said FIC president Ward Platt.

Cooking competition Masterchef is hosted by celebrity British chef Gordon Ramsay, while Got to Dance is a reality show fronted by singer Paula Abdul. Archer is an animated spy series, and The Buried Life sees a group of young men trying to complete improbable dare-styled tasks.
