Dubai Lynx to launch 7-day, 30-second ad comp

Aspiring creatives and film makers in the region and beyond are invited to enter the 7-Day Brief YouTube Competition, hosted by the Dubai Lynx International Festival of Creativity.


At midday on Wednesday, 6th Feb, a brief will be launched on YouTube set by a well-known international charity and participants will have till midday the following Wednesday to make a 30-second ad raising awareness of the charity and upload it to YouTube. Two winning entries will then be selected by a panel made up of previous Dubai Lynx Grand Prix winners and receive an all-expenses-paid trip to this year's festival, where they will also take part in a 30-minute one-on-one tutorial with a member of this year's Dubai Lynx jury. The jury includes the likes of Ian Haworth, global chief creative officer at RAPP, and Iain Jacob, president at Starcom Mediavest UK.
