Hot on the heels of the recent announcement heralding Jay Z’s debut to the UAE in November, news of the arrival of two more powerhouse performers will have sent the region music enthusiasts into delirium.

Worldwide singer-songwriter will.i.am and renowned producer Timbaland will be headlining Dubai Music Week – the region’s first music industry tradeshow and conference.
The performance will take place on the 26th September 2013 at Dubai World Trade Centre Arena, as part of a series of events which provides a focus for the global music industry in the MENASA region.

Hamad bin Mejren, executive director of business tourism for Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, commented: “The seminar and conference programmes will no doubt stimulate business, while the performances by will.i.am and Timbaland are further examples of the world-class acts that residents of and visitors to Dubai can enjoy. Dubai Music Week once again cements Dubai’s position as a leading destination for mega events.”
