Asus has launched the Fonepad 7, a 7-inch phablet with built-in 3G connectivity and phone functionality, including dual-SIM capability.

The phablet features an HD IPS display for a sharp, vivid picture and an Intel Atom Z2520 1.2GHz processor, with hyper threading to ensure a smooth experience. Its 3G connectivity further enhances performance and allows for web browsing, social networking, and video calls. The device also has built-in SonicMaster speakers for clear audio quality.

The Fonepad 7 has a 5MP rear camera and a 1.2MP front-facing camera. It also comes with 8GB of storage and 1GB of memory. Asus claims the Fonepad 7 has a battery-life of 10-hours.

The Asus Fonepad 7 is available in two colours, grey and white.
