Schneider Electric yesterday announced that it has expanded distribution of its lighting brand, Juno Lighting Group, into the Middle East. The distribution of Juno Lighting Group’s luminaires will address key project opportunities in healthcare, hospitality, commercial, multi-unit and industrial property development, as well as sports and entertainment venues.

Headquartered in North America, Juno Lighting Group is a manufacturer of high-quality commercial and residential lighting fixtures, and serves a broad customer base that includes electrical distributors, lighting showrooms, contractors, architects, engineers, lighting designers and commercial facilities in multiple markets.

The company currently has a portfolio of more than 50,000 lighting fixtures and related products across each of its brands which include Juno recessed, track and undercabinet fixtures, Indy architectural recessed luminaires, AccuLite commercial and industrial fixtures, Aculux precision recessed fixtures, DanaLite architectural linear luminaires and NaviLite exit and emergency lighting.

Juno Lighting Group joins the significant market presence already established by Schneider Electric in the Middle East with a comprehensive lighting portfolio that has been experiencing significant growth.

The adoption by the lighting design community of Juno Lighting Group’s downlight and track lighting solutions is fueling specifications globally. In addition, the company is seeing high success in both national and global accounts – particularly in the areas of retail and hospitality – with growing demand for Juno Lighting Group’s products throughout the Middle East.

Headquartered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, Lumasense, a master lighting distributor, will be the exclusive distributor of Juno Lighting Group products in the region. The initial offering will support distribution through Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the UAE.

Lumasense will handle specifications and distribution of Juno Lighting Group by Schneider Electric products in all supported countries and coordinate with contractors and sub-distributors for both commercial and residential markets.
