LG Electronics today its first regional B2B showroom, the LG Business Innovation Center in Shatha Tower, Dubai.
The centre was launched in the presence of Kevin Cha, president, Middle East and Africa region, LG Electronics.
The centre forms part of the company’s commitment to provide business solutions to customers across the region.
The showroom, which is aimed at government and businesses, has allocated sections that correspond to LG’s key vertical markets including hospitality, quick service restaurant (QSR), transportation, education, retail, security and corporate.
The showroom design sets the scene for customers to enjoy an interactive hands-on experience and also assistance from LG business experts in each vertical in the showroom.
“We aim to create a seamless, personalized experience in the showroom,” said Kevin Cha. “An experience that will leave a strong impact on our partners, and highlight our pioneering products and solutions that provide businesses with innovative and effective solutions, which will in turn improve communication with their audience. Our current and future product roadmap is becoming the new industry benchmark.”

Locally and worldwide, industries are constantly exploring solutions to communicate with their customers and increase retail sales, in a constrained environment. Through its digital signage solutions, including the latest line up showcased at the Business Innovation Center, LG is helping verticals, such as retail and education, to bridge the gap between traditional media and online marketing by incorporating digital signage solutions into their marketing strategies.
System integrators and partners can also look forward to monthly workshops and training certification programs hosted by LG on the range of products or solutions starting from July 2015, the company said.
