Interra Systems, a provider of software products and solutions for quality control, real-time monitoring and video analysis to the digital media industry, will demonstrate the latest version of its products for video analysis and quality control at SMPTE 2015 in Australia.

The product demonstrations will include Baton, the winner of the 2015 NAB Best of Show Award. The automated, file-based QC system offers new features such as additional subtitling and closed caption format support, enhanced 4K and HEVC support, better visual checking, multi-language support for QC reports, cloud storage, and multi-severity quality checks.

The product offers an expanded Baton integration support with third-party technology partners and extended new smart folder functionality. In addition, the Baton+ product for workflow QC capabilities and data analysis will also be showcased. Baton+ seamlessly integrates with multiple Baton systems for managing, analysing and reporting Baton’s long-term QC data.

Other product demonstrations will include Orion, a real-time content monitoring system that collects and examines both QoS (Quality of Service) and QoE (Quality of Experience) analytics. The newest version of Orion supports virtualisation and comprehensive QoE evaluation on HEVC and 4K content.

Sanjay Mittal, managing director, Interra Systems, commented: “Interra Systems continues to drive innovation in QC solutions, and our new releases Baton 6.1 and Orion 2.0 are major milestone in that direction. We are quite encouraged by the positive feedback from our early customer partners and we are looking forward to showcasing the new product features at SMPTE."

Visitors to SMPTE 2015 can find Interra Systems at stand C-59.
