Amagi, a broadcast infrastructure specialist, has launched a new cloud-based managed playout service designed to simplify video content preparation, management, and delivery for broadcasters.

By using the end-to-end cloud-based service for content delivery, playout management, ingest, asset and archival management, , traffic and scheduling, and monitoring, broadcasters can increase workflow efficiency and reduce costs, Amagi said.
