Procom has announced a series of video mapping and graphic projection open training sessions using the Avolites media server taking place in November 2015.

The training will take place in Procom’s showroom in Dubai. It will include building a 3D stage model, mapping video projector output on the model, edge blending features using multiple video sources, powerful auto mapping features, media editing, control of LED screens, configuration of libraries and the control of pixels with Artnet.

By the end of the training, attendants are expected to have gained a good grasp of the mapping discipline and be able to operate the media server.

The training will take an individualised approach with no more than three attendants per session, and will accommodate the content to the different levels of expertise among the participants.

The training is part of the continuous training that is offered by Procom Middle East on the full range of its equipment which includes: Avolites lighting consoles and media servers, DAS Audio, Philips Selecon and Strand Lighting, Wireless DMX, Chain Master and Eurotruss and Capture Sweden stage visualisation software among others.
