Advanced Media, a Dubai-based distributor of broadcast technology, is renowned for its impressive presence at CABSAT and this year is no different, with the company displaying more than 100 products.

“We always showcase the most recent and exciting broadcast and professional video products in our stand,” says Pooyan Farnam, senior product manager at Advanced Media.

“There is always a big crowd in the stand trying the new products. This year a part of our stand will be dedicated to Sony Middle East team to display the recent cameras, monitors, mixers, audio accessories and more. We hope this partnership attracts more visitors to our stand and makes us able to answer all the questions and enquiries.”

Farnam adds that RED Digital Cinema will also have a significant presence at the booth with three of RED’s newest cameras on show. These are RED Weapon Dragon, Raven and a Scarlet-W.
Other top brands in Advanced Media’s booth are DJI Drones and stablisers, Atomos, Zeiss, Angenieux, Cartoni, Manfrotto, SWIT, Metabones, Floatcam, Teradek and Freefly.

Furthermore, there will be plenty of new products on show by Advanced Media for the first time. “Some of the top products that we will show for the very first time in the Middle East are Sony PXW-FS5, DJI Osmo and its accessories, DJI Inspire 1 X5 RAW, DJI Focus, Freefly ALTA Drone, RED Weapon Dragon, RED Raven and RED Scarlet-W,” Farnam says.

Speaking about the importance of the MENA market, Farnham said: “Our main operation and strength is in the Middle East market, and we do business with North African countries as well. For most of our key brands, we have the distribution exclusivity in the Middle East.”
