Turner Middle East, North Africa and Turkey (MENAT) is exhibiting its state of the art Augmented Reality experience at the 7th edition of the Kids in Motion children’s expo in Saudi Arabia. The event, which represents one of the largest celebrations in the region of children’s entertainment, is being held in the Saudi capital Riyadh between March 1-3, at Al Nakheel Mall. This follows a successful edition in Jeddah, earlier this month. Cartoon Network’s participation represents the second time that the channel has featured at the event.
Turner’s Augmented Reality experience provides children and adults alike with a fully immersive opportunity to interact with many of Cartoon Network’s most famous and much-loved characters from hit programs including Ben10, The Powerpuff Girls, Mansour and Adventure Time.
Interactive activities including the Ben 10 Hero Experience, Mansour’s Souk Quest, The Powerpuff Girls Team Challenge and Adventure Time’s land of OOO Experience allow visitors to experience the virtual and real world simultaneously through computer generated imagery and animations.
The activities form a part of Turner’s commitment to utilising innovative technology to enable the region’s children to engage with their favorite characters and programs in exciting new ways that extend beyond traditional platforms. In addition to the augmented reality experience, visitors to the Cartoon Network booth will get to meet and greet mascots and cartoon characters.

Kids in Motion hosts a yearly international selection of kids’ entertainment and branded shows in KSA. It attracts many international and local corporations with more than 80 brands participating in 2018. The event gathers 30,000 visitors in both Jeddah and Riyadh.
