Riedel to host panel discussion at Broadcast Asia

For the third straight year at BroadcastAsia, Riedel Communications will host a panel discussion at its stand, on Day 2 of BroadcastAsia2018, Wednesday, June 27, at 3:30 p.m. at theOpen to all BroadcastAsia2018 attendees and members of the media, the session will gather industry veterans to discuss the latest technology developments making an impact on broadcasters. Hosting the Teatime Tech Talk, Riedel APAC Director Cameron O'Neill will moderate the discussion with a focus on the progression of IP as well as its adoption, implementation issues, and real opportunities moving forward.

Host: Cameron O'Neill, Director - APAC Region, Riedel Communication will moderate the panelists: Do Duc Khang, President, Vietcoms, Vietnam; Sanjay Duda, CMO at ESCL, India; Loh Siu Yin, Owner of Beyond Broadcast LLP, Singapore; and Aale Raza, Managing Director at Whiteways Systems, Singapore.

At BroadcastAsia2018, Riedel Communications will also present its newest real-time signal distribution and networking solutions for broadcast and live performance. Riedel's product line reflects the company's continued support of standards and interoperability, ongoing development and expansion of software app-based solutions, and groundbreaking concept of decentralized signal routing.

Riedel will showcase its all-new Bolero Standalone Application, a license-enabled upgrade for the company's category-defining Bolero wireless intercom system that delivers several performance enhancements along with standalone capabilities. With the Bolero Standalone Application, antennas are daisy-chained to each other in a line or a redundant ring via a low-latency, synchronized TDM network. Bolero is truly plug-and-play, with no IP configuration needed.

Also at BroadcastAsia2018, Riedel will display its new 1200 series SmartPanel (RSP-1232HL). The RSP-1232HL panel features multiple full-color multitouch displays, 32 innovative hybrid-lever keys, the ability to leverage apps for multifunctionality, and the ability to adapt easily to the various workflows in use today. As the latest of the company's highly popular SmartPanel app-driven user interfaces, the RSP-1232HL is poised to allow users to work the way they always have while realizing entirely new possibilities.

Riedel Communications will showcase its MediorNet MultiViewer, which combines a powerful multiviewer software app with the MediorNet MicroN high-density media distribution network device. The MediorNet MultiViewer accepts up to 18 video signals, either locally or from any source on a MediorNet network, and enables operators to create custom multiview layouts for local use or redistribution back onto the MediorNet network.
