Vanessa Vigar, Head of Marketing, says visitors to Accedo’s IBC stand can discover “how our new service solutions can help them (re)invent their business. We will be demonstrating our Accedo One platform, which helps media companies transform their video UX. We will also be showcasing our latest AR, VR, AI, and voice innovations.”

“We are launching our Service Management Solution and Data Driven Video solutions. The Service Management Solution comprises a set of defined packages addressing specific business needs, such as platform refresh, service migration, and service launch, all supported with a very high, global SLA. The Data-Driven Video solution enables video service providers to present viewers with a best-in-class and highly personalized and optimized video experience through the analysis of their user preferences and viewing habits. The solution is powered by the Accedo One video experience platform and the advanced business analytics solution from technology partner Jump. Together with Jump, we have launched the first set of Data-Driven Video Solution packages, focusing on problems or opportunities impacting today’s video service providers such as customer churn and content performance,” added Vigar.

“Our innovations team is also demonstrating a proof of concept to improve the VOD on-the-go User Experience. The new video UI has been designed for one-handed use, perfect for viewing content on the train, whilst eating lunch or in other “on-the-go” scenarios.,” she continued.

“IBC is the perfect opportunity to showcase not only our latest solutions, but also our latest proof of concepts from the innovation team. In our video centric industry, there is really nothing better than actually seeing these solutions in action.”

“Over the past few years we have been growing our presence in the Middle East, where we opened an office a few years ago. Our Head of MEA will of course be at IBC and happy to meet with partners and customers from that region.”
