Fox appoints agency for Nat Geo ad sales in MENA

FOX Networks Group Middle East announced the appointment of Value Branded Content (VBC) as their new advertising sales representative agency for National Geographic Abu Dhabi and National Geographic Kids Abu Dhabi channels in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Commenting on the appointment Sanjay Raina, General Manager and Senior Vice-President of Fox Networks Groups (FNG), said: “Partnerships are key to our business both globally and locally. As such, we are excited about our new partnership with VBC as advertising sales representative for National Geographic Abu Dhabi and National Geographic Kids Abu Dhabi. This reflects our growing promise to the Arabic speaking community around the region, with the launch of new channels such as National Geographic Kids Abu Dhabi.”

Raina added: “We are committed to create a world-class destination for factual content in the region, with a mix of both, strong localized international content and a host of local productions which offer great options for advertisers across varied age-groups. We are confident that through our partnership with VBC, we will be able to customize this exciting opportunity for individual brands in the region.” 

The appointment of Value Branded Content follows a regional review over the last few months and will cover all the Middle East and North Africa region.

Value Branded Content was established in 2012 with a set objective to shorten the distance between Advertisers and Consumers. By introducing various creative and innovative approaches to media sales, planning and buying, VBC managed to create its own model for meeting client objectives. The core element on which VBC built its success, is branded content solutions. Currently, VBC holds a portfolio of clients spread across the Middle East and North Africa and operating across different industries.
