Spacetoon has collaborated with Google to support ‘Abtal Al Internet’ (‘Internet Heroes’), an initiative that teaches children aged 7 to 12, different methods of keeping safe while being online, with the help of their parents and teachers.
Spacetoon has revealed its support for the initiative as part of a campaign that aims to support Arabic language and content.
The audience will get to know more about the initiative through Spacetoon’s TV channel and social media pages.
Focusing on five key pillars, Abtal Al Intenret will help children navigate the online world with confidence by learning how to be smart, alert, strong, kind and brave.
The e-platform offers educators an online curriculum to teach digital safety and citizenship. It also includes ‘A’alam Al Internet’ (‘Internet World’), an online adventure for children that puts the key lessons of digital safety into hands-on practice with challenging games.
Spacetoon announced that the partnership with Google coincides with its celebration of World Arabic Language Day for 10 days across all its platforms.
