Wacom, a producer high-end tablets for digital artists, recently hired Jeff Mandell as EVP of branded business.
Mandell is a global executive with extensive experience in computer peripherals, consumer electronics, mobility and software & services. Prior to joining Wacom, he was president of global accessories at Brightstar, a subsidiary of Softbank.
Wacom, a leader in the interactive pen tablet market and global pen technology leader for smartphones, tablets and notebooks, recently reorganised into strategic business units and is strengthening its top-leadership team.
In this newly created role Jeff Mandell will run all aspects of the branded business which includes the creative and consumer business units. He will directly report to Wacom’s CEO, Masahiko Yamada, and oversee a global team of over 225 professionals across Americas, EMEA, Japan, Asia-Pacific and China that generates some $400 million in sales.
