16-Michelin-star recipient and celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is embarking on a culinary adventure around the globe in National Geographic’s new series Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted, which is now on National Geographic every Monday at 10 PM UAE time/ 9PM KSA time.

In this new National Geographic series, Gordon Ramsay is on a mission to immerse himself in new cultures, dishes and flavors.

Ramsay will travel to Peru, Laos and Morocco to Hawaii, Alaska and New Zealand.

Sanjay Raina, senior vice president and general manager, FOX Networks Group said: “We are delighted to bring Gordon Ramsay’s new series to Middle Eastern audiences. At National Geographic, we have been using our media platforms to explore the world’s cultures for over 130 years.

Episodes will air will air every Monday at 10pm UAE time/ 9pm KSA time, an Arabic version will air on August 5 in Abu Dhabi.

Ramsay said: “It has been an amazing journey travelling off the beaten path with National Geographic and connecting with locals to learn and share incredible stories of unique traditions, delicacies and the extreme lengths it takes to harvest native ingredients. I have learned way more filming this series than I have in the last 10 years.”
