“Hi Emirates TV Series” celebrates 4th Emirati Women’s Day

Hi Emirates is an original English-spoken series, subtitled in other six languages conceived as a vehicle to promote the spirit of the U.A.E. Commencing with “Hi Dubai”, the series will unveil personalities, culture, heritage, opportunities, social events, locations and amusements in the Emirates.

The production of “Hi Dubai” started in the “Year of Giving” as a way to give back to the community and to the wise Leadership. It has been completed in the “Year of Zayed” 2018.

In each episode, 4 women share their inspirational and motivational stories. The first episode is dedicated to Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and the Spirit of the Union. The other 6 episodes are dedicated to Youth, Tolerance, Happiness, Culture, Sport and Future

The series is dedicated to the memory of late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Founding Father of the U.A.E. and to the leadership, with the Patronage of the Ministry of Tolerance, the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development, the General Authority of Sports and Zayed University

Hi Dubai is addressed to a cosmopolitan audience and dedicated to people who are “up to date”, with a medium-high instruction level, interested in a better and promising future so that they could move to Dubai after watching the series, as women are a precious source of empowerment and enrichment for the whole community.

All personalities share how the U.A.E. and the city of Dubai empowered them, through their experiences, culture, traditions, professions and lifestyles.

The outstanding 12 Emirati women who are protagonists, along with other 12 expats, are Aisha Saeed Harib, Suaad Mohammed Al Hammadi, Shamsaa Al Shamsi, Khadija Mustafa Al Yousuf, Suhaila Mubarak Alwali, Khulood Mahmood Al Rais, Amina Almemari, Sara Khalifa Al Mubarak, Maryam Bartawi, the sisters Sharifa and Samia Naser Yateem and the young Shahed Ahmad Kharam.

All the 24 women participated in the production for free, sharing their love for the U.A.E. and they end their interview with the right hand making the symbol of WIN, VICTORY, LOVE which was created by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the U.A.E. and Ruler of Dubai.
