FashionTV (FTV) Paris, a leader in broadcasting fashion news and events worldwide, has chosen to partner exclusively with Billionaire Mansion Dubai, founded by businessman Flavio Briatore to host its signature events on a weekly basis. Each event will be filmed and broadcasted by FTV Paris on FTV Middle East broadcasting on the OSN television network, reaching 500 million households around the world.

Set to run on a weekly basis, the FTV events are timed to coincide with the recent unveiling of their new Dubai offices. The first series in the chain will be a fast-paced, nationwide model search in conjunction with the ladies’ night at Billionaire Mansion Dubai, Taj Hotel, where contenders are invited to participate in weekly rounds until the grand finale at the end of the cycle.

One lucky winner will be crowned as the face of Fashion TV and Billionaire Time watches. She will be invited to the Cannes Film Festival 2019 ceremony and will win a trip to the Billionaire Resort in Malindi, Kenya. The events include a pop-up TV studio and model castings with the winner getting a chance to be a presenter on Fashion TV.

FTV’s Chief Editorial Director for the Middle East, Romain Saint Gilles, said: “FTV Paris brand party labels are recognised as one of the most prestigious parties around the fashion week calendars, and we are happy to bring the spirit of Paris, London, Milan and New York to Dubai.”

He explained that the aim of this move is to take the next step in the entertainment industry in the Middle East, placing Dubai in the global fashion epicenter. “Billionaire, being known for its state-of-art level of hospitality and prestigious events, is the perfect partner for FTV. This collaboration will catapult Dubai’s Fashion scene to new heights”, stated Mr. Saint Gilles.

Guests will be invited to discover the world of fashion and backstage elements with a glamorous party at the FTV Lounge - model photo shoots, a TV studio, makeup and hair corner, model castings as well as jewellery and designer clothing showcase until the early hours. The festivities include a lavish La Dolce Vita night brunch with FTV celebrity supermodels, live music with a singer, violinist Nico, a saxophonist and music from DJ Chris Degenis.

The judging jury will feature some of the most sought-after regional fashion and style influencers.
