7 Productions Broadcast of the Arab Islamic American Summit

This production is shortlisted for Best Live Capture at the Digital Studio Awards 2018. Seven Productions was chosen as the “Host Broadcaster” of the Arab Islamic American Summit where King Salman and President Trump gave keynote addresses.

King Salman and President Trump gave keynote addresses during the Arab Islamic American Summit in May 2017 during the visit of President Donald Trump to Saudi Arabia, his first trip overseas. This production is shortlisted for Best Live Capture at the Digital Studio Awards 2018. Seven Productions was chosen as the “Host Broadcaster” for the worldwide telecast of the event.

A crew of 175 people were on site for 24 hours straight, and required 4 days of rehearsal followed by 2 days of production to ensure the global telecast of the event went off smoothly. President Trump arrived via the White House Presidential Jet, and the Seven team were on the ground ready to capture all the LIVE action, using a combination of 85 HD cable cameras and 20 HD wireless cameras all linked to 10 Outside Broadcast Units, powered by generators.
